Hawaii’s Stooge Governor, David Ige said Thursday he will maintain a requirement that people wear masks indoors as the spread of the COVID-19 delta variant fuels a spike in cases. Ige told a news conference the number of new cases in Hawaii has exceeded 100 during three of the last five days. DUH! More people are visiting Hawai’i now that we opened up the State. That contrasts to the past couple of months when the seven-day average of new hovered around 50. Hawaii has not recorded an increase in hospitalizations or deaths at this point, he said.

The State is looking for any reason to lockdown the State and to restrict travel. Just as we’re getting business back to usual, the powers that be are looking for any excuse to curb our liberties. Our local Fake News Media outlets are in full Covid Panic Porn. Every night it’s the same warnings and trends of Covid Cases. It’s an unhealthy obsession because it’s spread more fear than the virus. Some people do get anxiety hearing this day in and day out. Some people are getting irrational about others that have not been vaccinated. Me, I don’t worry about others, I worry about me.

There’s been an effort to label people that have decided not to take the Fauci Ouchy as all anti-vaxxers. The Marxist democrats are labeling people who have not been vaccinated as Republicans and Pro-Trump conservatives. There’s goes the fear machine revving up. Remember when the left stigmatized those poor souls that got the AIDS virus? The left treated them as untouchables. Do we really want to have another repeat of idiocy?

There are people with legitimate concerns over getting the vaccine. Some have doctors orders not the take the vaccine because of their existing conditions. No one knows the long term effects, but we have seen some people get problems with getting the vaccine. Pregnant women birthing persons are having miscarriage’s after taking the vaccine. Some people, especially younger people have developed blood clots in the lungs. Others have had strokes. Some have died. I don’t blame people with concerns. I also worry about children younger than 16 years of age getting the vaccine. They are the least susceptible to the virus, either catching it or spreading it. At least let the studies be completed before forcing people to get the Jab, the Fauci Ouchy. Whatever happened to “My  Body, My Choice”?

I don’t like the idea of people segregating people by who has the Fauci Ouchy and those who haven’t. Restricting the unvaccinated from attending events and entry to places. Forcing people to wear a tag declaring them as unvaccinated. Forced to carry a Vaccine Passport to travel. That’s discrimination in it’s purist form. Freedom of choice has been the bedrock of the American liberty. If someone wants to take the risk of getting the virus, then why is it anyone’s concern. If you have been vaccinated, then good for you. The false claim that if you’re vaccinated you can’t spread the virus is a myth. You still can get the virus and you can spread it. People respond to the virus differently. It is after all 99.8% recoverable for most people younger than 65 with no comorbidities.

The View Yentas host Sunny Hostin claimed the Second Amendment was “designed to protect slavery” during a discussion of gun rights in America on the show Friday. “If you look at the history of the NRA for decades, the NRA has pushed legislation that not only supported a lot of gun ownership and the proliferation of guns, but also stifled the study and spread of information about the causes gun violence,” Hostin said. “The right to bear arms was designed to protect slavery, right? Our founding fathers and others, they wanted to be able to empower a local militia group to basically put down slave revolts and protect plantation owners.”

Nowhere in the Second Amendment does it mention slavery. Asunción Cummings Hostin, known professionally as Sunny Hostin, is an American lawyer, journalist, and television host and a certified idiot. What’s her law degree in? Slip and Fall Ambulance chaser? She can’t be a journalist, but she is a Fake News Idiot. This Marxist democrat, Hostin, is one of the many Useful Idiots that loves to reimagine the United State Constitution as a document of White Supremacy. The NRA was created to teach people how to properly use firearms to defend themselves. The NRA has classes on target practice, proper care and use of firearms. The NRA helped Blacks in the South how to use and obtain firearms to defend themselves from Marxist democrats wearing White Sheets. But apparently, Hostin is not a student of history, but a certified idiot.

What surprises me is the makeup of the audience of clapping idiot seals that watch this clown show religiously. Five angry Yentas sitting around a table spraying spittle at each other and gossiping about nothing. I’d rather watch reruns of Judge Judy. Better yet, I just tune into Newsmax and get real news and information.

What interesting for me is that in Hawai’i, we have a large immigrant population. In my locale there are many Filipino immigrants, and they all love America. They don’t wear their patriotism on their sleeve, but they are very patriotic, very religious and very pro family. Other cultures are mixed political leanings, Japanee, Paki (Chinese), Portugee, Haole (Caucasian), but somehow we all manage to get along.

However, the mainland transplants that migrated here from the left coast states are not very patriotic. They’re pretty much all Marxist democrats and they do wear their socialist bona fides openly. Most are hippies and druggies, all are Marxist democrats. Of course, these people are all part of the woke crowd and cancel culture. They’re not open to different ideas and debating other viewpoints. Needless to say, none of these people are friends and associates.

Philadelphia – Pat’s Steaks becomes latest site of a deadly shooting in Philly. Police say a fight broke out there around one o’clock this morning. A 23-year-old man was shot and killed. The shooting suspect later turned himself in to police. I used to live in Philadelphia when I was going to University. I loved Geno’s and Pat Steaks. Best cheesesteak hoagies on the planet. Philadelphia was a nice city way back then, not any more. 

Well, it’s another Aloha Friday and the beginning of the weekend. Best time to run out to one of my favorite restaurants and order a Mediterranean platter at Ka Leo’s in Pāhoa. Restaurants are returning back to full capacity. I’m seeing more people dining out lately.

Crispy Coconut Calamari with Hummus, roasted vegetables, island fresh tomatoes, cucumber with pesto sauce, pita bread points, and a bottle of white wine. This is a great way to start the weekend. The morning started with scattered sprinkles and continued throughout the day. Much of the precipitation is Lelehuna (Fine windblown rain spray, dust, mist; to fall as fine rain), but at night it pours. Tradewinds are from the northeast at 5mph with gusts at 15mph. Cloud cover is 73%. Visibility is 10 miles. We got another 10-3/8 inches of precipitation in the rain gauge overnight. WOW! Temperatures are in the mid 70’s. Humidity is at 87%. Barometric pressure is 30.03 and dewpoint is 71 degrees. UV index is 11. Tropical Storm Guillermo is moving towards the islands, but is expected to be mostly a rain event over the weekend. No yard work for me!

Liberals Like The Police State

More and more liberals are coming out with acceptance the Police State siege mentality of the TSA.  The  intrusive groping, prodding, and exposing the traveling public.  On Sean Hannity’s show, liberal activist and feminazi Gloria Allred admitted she likes getting TSA pat downs.

The champion of liberal nonsense continues to make excuses for intrusive searches of the traveling public.  The TSA is not making anyone safer.

But hey!  Now Whoopi Goldberg came out on the Mike Huckabee show to say she also doesn’t mind a good groping either.

In response to Huckabee saying he is not happy about a government employee going into people’s pants at the airport, Goldberg reminds him “no it’s not comfortable and it’s not the way I would like to live, but if it’s going to keep me from getting blown out of the sky, you can check anything you want.  And if you feel something you like and squeeze it, what am I going to do?”

What makes this Mediate story even more ridicules is the obligatory swipe at Governor Palin.  Blaming anonymous bloggers for Wordsmith Terrorism.  Are the TSA looking for terrorists?  How about the little boy being stripped searched by the TSA?  Regardless if the father of the child took the sweater off, or not, is not the point.

Now, why are liberals so accepting of Police State activities now?  What if George Bush was still in office?  Would the liberals be so accepting of giving up their privacy and liberties?  I think not.  Liberal celebritards might enjoy being felt-up while the rest of the traveling public just wants to get to their destination, safely and on time.

So as security lines get longer and longer, what is Homeland Security going to do?  Take a look at the security line at Chicago’s O’Hare airport.

How many people missed their flights.  How much longer will the traveling public put up with this nonsense?  How many terrorists did the TSA find going through security?  How long will it before the airlines begin to feel this intrusion hurt their bottom line?

They are not looking for terrorists, they are looking for stuff.

Consider this scenario, then answer these questions:  Someone comes to your property, they lift the latch on your gate, and enter onto your property.  This person, entering your property, you neither know them, nor do you know what they want.  Are they there to do you harm?  Are they there to steal your property?  You don’t know?

What would your reaction be to this intruder?

What would you do?

This actually happened here in Hawai’i.  From West Hawai’i Today:

“When I opened his gate and walked in … he stepped out of his garage and said, ‘Please get off my property,'” Haas said Friday. Haas said he identified himself as a Census worker, and the man again requested for him to leave.

At this point, the Census worker has trespassed onto the homeowners property.  A clear violation of the law.  After repeatedly asked to leave, the census worker argues with the homeowner, and refuses to leave the homeowners property.  Finally, the homeowner calls the police.  The police arrive, question both the homeowner and the trespasser, and then the officers tell the census worker to leave the homeowners property.

What happens next is mind numbing.  The census worker challenges the police officers.  Instead of leaving, reporting the situation back to census headquarters, the census worker challenges the police.  Think about this, the census worker is ordered off the homeowner’s property, he refuses, get’s belligerent with the police, and then the inevitable happens:

“I turned to him [the police] and said, ‘Or what?‘ And he said, ‘I’ll lock you up.'” And I turned back and said, ‘So make your case.’ They threw the cuffs on me, took me down to Keaau Police Station and I waited there until my daughter bailed me out.” Haas’ bail was $25.

According to the Census Bureau website, people are required by federal law to respond to the census. Title 13 of the U.S. Code says adults who refuse or willfully neglect to complete the questionnaire can be fined up to $100, and people who refuse to answer questions posed by census takers can be fined up to $5,000.

The arrogance of the census worker could not be clearer.  If the census worker was properly trained, he should have returned to the census management, reported the events that transpired, and then let the higher authorities take appropriate action.   Instead, the census worker thought he was above the law.  The census worker was Wrong!

As it turns out (I hate using that phrase), the charges were dismissed against the census worker.  The judge also required the police to better train their officers when dealing with the census workers.  Afterwords, a flurry of criticism came out on several blogs against the police.  However, what about the census worker kuleana?

The Kona Blog posted a heated criticism of the police actions in this whole fiascoes.  I highly respect the Kona Blog, and I find the posts interesting, informative, and sometimes, provocative.  I disagreed with the criticism of the police, and I posted a response:

My point was that the census worker is equally at fault, and should be held to the same standards.  If anyone knows how the subdivisions are laid out in the Puna district, I think you would reconsider who should bear the bulk of the criticism.  People are quick to criticize the police.  On this island, there is one police officer, per 1000 people.  Where as on the island of O’Ahu, there is one police officer per 100 people.  That ratio of 1000 to 1, causes a huge amount of stress on law enforcement, spread thinly, on the Big Island.  Often, with open hostility towards the police.

Now, enter in Mr. Portantbody:

Now, normally I wouldn’t pay no never mind to the hyperbole, delusions of grandeur, this blogger, that replied to my posts.  No, he’s really not that important to me at all, but it’s just too tempting not to indulge, and engage, in a laughable piece of hypocrisy.  Note the ALL-CAPS comment.  Oh, so loud!

That’s what the law says.  But why let facts get in the way of the truth.  You cannot argue with Idiots.  Or can you?

Well, the Kona Blog wanted more traffic, well, let’s see how this works out.  I don’t want to flood the Kona Blog with needless hyperbole, when I could use this delicious bit of stupidity, by a self-absorbed liberal nutcase, to make a point.

I have no idea, nor do I care, and I don’t know why this individual would have any involvement in a case that was between the Hilo Police and a Census worker.  Note, he says “in a sense“, what does that mean?  I guess this guy thinks he’s some kinda ultimate arbitrator.  If that’s so, then why do we need the courts, we have Mr. Portantbody!  [He’s Mister Important Body] YEA!

So, let’s all review shall we: Property invasion, belligerent worker get cuffed and canned, judge makes both parties kiss and make up.  Everyone goes away and lives happily ever after.

Fact: Everyone, that has a mailing address got the census form.

This homeowner is a Police Officer, you don’t think they already got the census form?  Filled it out, and sent it in?

Maybe they did, maybe they didn’t.

It’s not the census workers job to trespass on private property.

Here’s a reason why you should side with the police.  You don’t know if someone entering your property, is either there to do you harm, or to steal from you.  The subdivisions in Puna have a real problem with property theft.  You read about it in the newspaper everyday.  Read my post comment, a census worker actually tried to enter my property.  I was appalled, and angry, by the census worker’s attempt to enter my property.  We have scammers, disguised as census workers trying to rip people off.  I didn’t know who this person was, but I was deeply offended by this person’s attempt to enter my property.  I can only imagine what the property owner was thinking at the time.

It’s a fact, Jack!  People get robbed here.   Here’s a video of a Puna homeowner, tired of being ripped off by people trespassing on his property, catches a potential thief checking out the gate.  This happens a lot here.  You have to defend yourself.  Read the comments from the YouTube Poster.  Pahoa had a real problem with theft crime, until the video camera’s went up.

TO CATCH A THIEF

We have had many issues with people stealing/vandalizing our property.
We’ve had our news papers lit on fire and melted the flaming delivery box onto my yard. Someone stole our entire gate one afternoon when I came home for lunch and left it unlocked for the 30 minutes while I ate a sandwich. When I went to leave my gate was gone.

Over the years we have been building a rock wall along the front of our property and installed a electric gate opener for those rainy Puna days. About a year ago my wife was leaving and the gate opener seemed to malfunction, but when I looked at it after work I noticed the automatic opener was unbolted and disconnected…. sorta just laying there… I had cut the threads on the bolts so someone couldnt just unbolt it and walk off with it, guess it only worked on about half the fasteners. Having them welded this weekend.
We installed several wilife video cameras around the property.

Yesterday while we were at the beach our cameras captured this… Gate is scratched up but otherwise seems to of held up well…

Within the last couple of hours the women depicted in these photographs were caught on surveillance stealing approximately $150 worth of merchandise from Jeff Hunt Surfboards in Pahoa.

Pretty nonchalant, don’tcha think?  This is the same person that thinks the Census worker have the right to trespass on your property.  When did property rights go out the window, along with individual rights?

With so many Democrats illiterate about the Arizona Immigration Law, you would think Democrats would smarten up and read the law before opening their mouth, and removing all doubt of their ignorance.  Democrats are probably illiterate about a whole host of laws.  No wonder why many of their Socialist laws have such flowery names.  If they understood their laws, they probably would never have passed them in the first place.  Or, maybe it’s just deliberate.

Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-R.I.): “Well he’s right on. I mean, it violates the spirit of our own Constitution. So, you know, we  had a tragic history in this country. The most shameful parts of our history were when we had our slave trade, when we, when we, the Trail of Tears — what we did to our Native Americans.  And, you know, the proudest moments in our history are when we had the Civil Rights Act, when we moved forward on integration and expanding the opportunities for all of our citizens. So, this idea of, you know, racial profiling, takes us backwards and really goes to the worst character of our nation and it’s, it’s demeaning to our country that we would move in that direction. It’s beneath us as a people.”

What part of our Constitution is being violated by the Arizona Law?  When it happens to be an exact Carbon Copy of the Federal Law.   Which is not being enforced by the Federal Government.  Obviously, Patrick Kennedy has never read the law, else he’d understand it.  However, given that Patrick Kennedy is drunk like his father Ted Kennedy, and a drug addict, I would not be surprised if he could not even comprehend the letter of the law.  Probably too drunk.

I guess that’s why Patrick Kennedy’s nickname is “Patches“.

Dr. Dean Edell, self proclaimed doctor that spouts enormous stupidity, and nonsense over the radio airwaves.  His rant on Tea Party people today was particularly insulting and derogatory.  Calling Tea Party People, Tea Baggers on his show today, Dr. Dean Ah-dumbo, clinches his place in medical hypocrisy.  This failed excuse for a doctor who once said, “”… didn’t like medicine originally…I kind of found the thing I love the most, which is really the information and communicating the information“.

Much of his information, is misinformation.  In between his rants against Christians, his infatuation with circumcised male genitalia, and his misguided medical advice, he’s about as knowledgeable as an empty paper sack.

Many of the callers to this charlatan’s show asking for medical advice leave without their questions even answered.  Sometimes, he dodges the question all together and goes off on some incoherent rant, much like Obama did trying to answer a question on taxation.

Obviously, his show’s call screen-er sorts out all the penis calls so he can talk about that first on his show.

One caller called in to comment about his tea bagger comment, saying that was a vulgar description of the Tea Party People.  The caller described herself as not a Tea Party person and was not supporting the Tea Party.  Of course, Dr. Dean Adumbell completely feigns knowledge about the term, tea bagger.   He completely dismissed the call and asked how the caller felt about people calling Obama Hitler.  Completely changes the subject.  Much like his medical advice, nonsense.  Want real medical advice?  See a real doctor.  Not someone that pretends to be a doctor.

That’s how this Bozo runs his talk show, he makes claims that either cannot be supported, or are completely false.  Deliberately spreading misinformation.

On one show, he clucked about Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D) claim to have witnessed a UFO.  Then the misinformed doctor of dumbness went on to state Kucinich was a Republican.  Whereas, Kucinich is as loony a liberal as Dr. Edell is.

Actually, Edell reminds me of a slimy used car salesman peddling his brand of bias and prejudice.   People should be aware of this hate monger, and his foolish superior intellectual gibberish he spews on the radio.

Speaking of Tea Parties, ass-hats like Edell could learn a thing or two about what the Tea Parties are about, before smugly dismissing them.

It has been the policy of the Obama administration to downplay Islamic terrorism.  Big Sis, didn’t get to her position as Homeland Security Administrator for being smart, because it’s obviously way above her head, for any and all reasons, this was Obama’s message.   Obama’s decision to put a total incompetent in a position of protecting the American people is as dangerous as allowing this creep to board a plane from Lagos Nigera.  Hey, lets create a conspiracy theory and say Obama allowed the Panty-bomber onto a board a plane to kill Americans.  Just like Bush conspired to kill Americans on 911.

I am so happy everyone landed safely.  This was truly a Christmas Blessing.

Now for my point, and stick with me on this, it gets better near the end.  One of my most brilliant posts has been getting some heavy traffic ever since I posted it back in September of 2009.  Although I’ve gotten a few comments on that post, one comment caught my attention.

What’s breathtaking here is the lack of condemnation against the acts of terrorism that occurred on September 11th, 2001.  This commenter goes on to espouse the virtues of Islam, but doesn’t acknowledge the horror of Muslim atrocities against the world.  Well, he, or she, is bias of course.  Blinded by a cult religion that separates their women as fourth class citizens.  Conducts honor killings against their women.  Discriminates against non-Islamic people.

And I’m lectured not to assume a Muslim may be a horrible person?!?!?!?

Some of these people may think I’m Fresh Off the Boat (F.O.B) , but I’m not.  Although, there’s something special about this country that may change attitudes.  One of the best attributes of any people, faith, religion, race and culture is adaption.  Assimilation into the American culture is like no other in the world.  It’s not multiculturalism in the sense of preserving and promoting a culture into main stream America.  Allowing special privileges for people of a particular religion is not an American trait.  Although, there are groups in America that are different from main stream culture.  Take the Amish for example.  Horse and buggy technology, tight knit community.  Then there’s Berkley California and I cannot explain that at all.  But it’s what make America, America.  No one religion is favored.

Judeo–Christian values are the heart of this country’s foundation.  There has been, and always will be, room for other religions in this Great Country.  There is no room for intolerance.

Little did I know that there is a group of Muslims in America with an edge for comedy.

Our legislators here in Hawai’i are USEFUL IDIOTS!  A ISLAM DAY?

For what purpose?  To make them like us before they already hate us?

Most of the people here in Hawai’i are either Buddhist, Shinto or Christian.  There are other religions here, but these are the predominate religions.  Heck, we even have a religion of Marijuana.  Anything goes!

There are so many other problems this state has to deal with.

So why are they, our elected officials, passing legislation to have a Islam Day?

The resolution proclaims September 24, 2009 as Islam Day.  It passed the Senate 22-3 vote and it had previously passed in the House.   This legislation seeks to recognize “the rich religious, scientific, cultural and artistic contributions” Islam has made to the world.  What about the religious intolerance Islam has brought to the world?

“We are a State of Tolerance”, said Senator Will Espero D-Waipahu

The one lone Democrat that voted against the bill, Senator Josh Green D-Waimea, apposed it on church-state fears.

Senator Green is a  coward.

What is the Muslim Associations of Hawai’i saying?

Islam day HCR100 Resolution was on the agenda yesterday (Wednesday). Senator Hemmings (Republican) gave a hate speech in opposition talking about the 10% of Islamic terrorists who want to kill Americans.

The reason I am sharing this with you in details is because bigotry and hate for Islam and Muslims still exist in Hawaii as clearly shown by the 3 senators that voted and spoke against Islam Day and especially Slom and Hemmings.

Muslims at the  Indianapolis Airport are demanding, and getting, foot baths installed for their religious rituals.

Many of the taxi drivers are Muslims who pray five times a day. The prayer involves many rituals, including washing the feet.

So, they are installing foot baths to accommodate their religion beliefs.  Are there any other religions in this “tolerant” country have airports capitulating to their religious demands?

These pictures show a more realistic view of  the Islamic influence in Europe, and how it can influence America.  The problem with Islamic fundamentalism creeping into European society has changed peoples lives into living in fear.   The fear of anything offending Islam.  Such as a cartoon.

Offended?

If the turban fits, wear it.  You never see Muslims protesting the violence against non-Muslims.  The killings in Darfur, the Murder of Theo Van Gogh, the riots over a cartoon. The list goes on and on.

If there is to tolerance, then it has to be reciprocal; however, tolerance doesn’t seem to be in the Muslim vocabulary.  Click on the link above and see for yourself.

Hijab or Bikini?

I really want to know.  Why would a religion, a people, that rejects just about every American value in this country want to live here in our Pork Loving, Bikini wearing, Transgendered accepting, Gay Living, Alcohol Loving, Pot Smoking Hawai’i?

WHY?  It’s obvious there is a more nefarious reason than the peace loving examples Muslims demonstrate.

What the supporters of this bill don’t realize is that in a Muslim society, our American lifestyles are offensive to Muslims already.

Why are we giving Muslims a special day?    They hate us already.
