I’ve Run Out Of Dreams

CNCfin

All that remains are nightmares.  The promise and hopes for a new year and future seems to get dimmer every year.

Six plus years into Obama’s fundamental transformation of America into a socialist nation, what milestones has Obama achieved?

Social unrest is certainly the largest achievement.   It cannot be denied at this point in time that Obama’s agenda has been to course America’s direction towards socialism.   Obama has been using the same tactics as other communist despots around the world and throughout history.

Class warfare: Obama has been promoting by encouraging “fairness”.  Paying your fair share, but Obama never defines what a fair share is.  Obama’s infamous claim that “you didn’t create your business, someone else did that”, suggesting that entrepreneurship, hard work and profits, are not of your efforts, that the government gave you that.

In the socialist mindset, the world is rife with inequality, and that equality will only happen when government redistributes the acquired wealth of others and gives it to the less fortunate.  Along the way, the government takes a cut of that wealth, and those politicians get extremely wealthy creating laws that funnel other people’s money to them.  It is ultimately stealing from the taxpayers, and destroying opportunity equality.

It’s no wonder why corporations are leaving the United States for other countries.  These “evil” corporations, as the socialists like to paint them, park their profits overseas to prevent greedy socialist politicians from taking it away.  The practice corrupts corporations.  General Electric is a poster child for this corruption.  They know they have to play along with the rules of socialist legislation, even get involved in socialist programs just to survive.  GE is on Obama’s jobs program, but as they all joked and laughed, their socialist shovel ready jobs never materialized.

That’s Jeffrey Immelt, GE’s CEO, yucking it with Obama when asked about Obama’s failed socialist stimulus package that failed to create jobs.  Instead, jobs went overseas, GE’s CEO, a member of Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness council, is sending jobs overseas and parking GE profits out of reach of taxes.  Granted that GE knows that Obama’s draconian socialist tax policies will hurt GE’s profitability.  So, Obama’s failed policies corrupts large corporations to avoid paying “their fair share!”  Smaller corporation are not so lucky to take their business and run.  They either get eaten up by the larger corporations, or die on the vine.

This blatant abuse of power by the government is not reported by the news media.  Instead, the media, along with the government blame the lack of progress on evil corporations.  Giving rise to socialist groups like the Occupy Wall Street thugs and other socialist groups that want to destroy the capitalist economic system, giving rise to crony capitalism.

Income inequality is the socialist rallying cry for the destruction of our economic system.  What socialist economic system that has ever worked?  Those socialist economic systems like to brag, and pretend, they have a robust economy, but what they lack is innovation and entrepreneurship.  Workers rights are protected more so than the health of corporation.  Not that basic workers rights should be ignored, but rather a balance between employer and employee with minimal government interference.  This is why we have labor laws like equal protection and equal opportunity, and anti discrimination laws.

The pendulum of labor protection swings in both directions.  In our history, there was a time where unions were needed to allow workers to organize and protect the fair interest of the workers from being exploited by the employer.  Out of those struggles, labor laws protect both the employee and employer.  Right to work laws now protect the workers from unions that have become more socialist leaning with involuntary collection of dues which are used to fund socialist politicians.  Union’s interests are now in preserving their interests and not the workers interests.

Unions have priced themselves out of the market, and in some cases have become so politically corrupt, their purpose no longer helps either the worker or the company, but the union management.  An example is where Volkswagen voted not to join a union, and where Boeing moved part of it’s operation to Right to Work States to remain competitive in their industry.  Given the choice, public school teachers voted with their wallets and left the union in Wisconsin.  The result is children are now getting a better education without the union and government rules dictating the curriculum.

Isn’t it ironic that the OWS loons haven’t made the connection that under Obama’s direction, the FED’s pumping money into the stock market is artificially making the Market seeing historic gains?  It seems the rich are getting rich, and when the market goes through a correction, people’s 401K’s a investments could be hit hard with losses.

The media will point to some modest job growth, but what the media doesn’t tell you is that American business is about finding solutions.  So American business is finding ways around the hurdles the Obama regime has put in place.  While we are still free to innovate and work around choking government regulations, American ingenuity will overcome and prevail.  However, Big Government will still try to get their slice of the American Pie through legal racketeering.   There ought to be a law!

I will never understand what the meaning is behind this memorial.  It just doesn’t make any sense to me.  The expression is angry and militant.  It is not how I remembered Dr. King’s expressions and words.  I grew up during this era, albeit at a young age, but I do remember Dr. King’s “I have a Dream” speech.  I remember Dr. King’s speech at the Berlin wall. When it was broadcasted; I remember watching it on my parents black and white television.  It was as gripping then, as it was watching Neil Armstrong’s first steps on the moon.  We were taught about the civil rights movement along with American civics in school back then.  I remember when President Kennedy visited the Air Force station where we lived at that time.  Kennedy spoke to the crowds of hundreds back then and he gave an emotional speech about those current events of the day.  What went wrong?

This is a quote attributed to the late Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev:

“We will take America without firing a shot … we will bury you!

“We can’t expect the American people to jump from capitalism to communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have communism.

“We do not have to invade the United States, we will destroy you from within.”

I fear America is still in a deep sleep.  The Obama regime is clearly a socialist leaning, pro-communist government.  I’m tired of people trying to tell me that’s just crazy talk.  Action speaks louder than words and policies are actions.

Barry Barack Hussein Sotoro Obama: whomever is this person?  Isn’t it astonishing that we know more about Hillary Clinton’s letters to radical Saul Alinsky in 1971, than we know about any of Obama’s writings at Harvard as a supposedly Constitutional scholar?   Why is that?  Wait! To ask, could be considered racist.

That’s been the socialist shift now.  The Wall Street protests, the class warfare hype, the income inequality; all being used to simmer a boiling pot of hatred.  With the recent deaths of criminal thugs by police, it sparked the excuse for violent demonstrations.  Fueled by Obama’s communist propaganda of, “you didn’t build that“, and Elizabeth Warren’s “nobody got rich on their own“, chilling words when you look beyond their real meaning.

What these hard-core socialists are saying is that government is responsible for your success.  You had nothing to do with your success, it was all given to you by the taxpayers.  I guess Steve Jobs didn’t invent the Macintosh or the iPhone either.

Infrastructure is apart of civilization, and it has been for centuries.  It exists in various degrees of success depending on what kind of government you have; capitalist, or socialist.  If you compare either communist Cuba, or Venezuela,  to capitalist free markets United States, then there’s no doubt what worked, and what hasn’t worked.  Yet, we are told by fat ass socialist like wealthy Michael Moore that Cuba has a superior healthcare system than the United States.  So now we have Obamacare.  How’s that working for you?

What’s left is civil unrest and racial division.  There are hundreds of crimes committed in the United States, some are caused by bad cops, but most are caused by evil people.  There can be no denying the number of murders by blacks on blacks, but it is virtually ignored by the corrupt leftist media.  A socialist news media that feeds the hate monster to distract away from the true problems.

Ignorance dines off the plate of revenge and hate.  Dessert is the false promise of equality.  Like empty calories it temporarily fills the belly, while starving the soul of opportunity.  Individualism, freedom and self worth, are willingly traded away for the warm embrace of cold, calculating, socialist domination.
