Are There Any Joe Wilson’s In Congress?

Tonight’s State of the Union address shouldn’t surprise anyone.  Expectations are already set to a very low bar.  So what lies can we expect from Barry the Bullshitter?  Will he wave his pen and cellphone around?  Will he accuse the Republicans of not working with him?  Will Obama apologize to the American people?  How about the millions of people that have lost their health insurance, and their jobs?  Will Obama mention anything about that?  Will Obama announce his resignation?  Too much to expect I suppose.

Lawlessness and a clear and present danger to the American people; Obama and the democrats, their media minions, continue to take the liberties upon American’s freedoms.   Lying,  it seems, is the only remaining core value these people have anymore.

I predict that Obama will call for an increase in the minimum wage.  Which will cause more unemployment for young people.  But what’s the worry?  They can stay on their parents health insurance till they’re 26!  If they want college loans, they are forced to go through the government squirrel wheel cage, where their futures will spin with never ending debt.

I predict that Obama will continue to blame George W. Bush and Republicans for his lousy economic policies and the high unemployment.  Although, the media reports the unemployment rate at 7.6%, the actual rate is more like 15%.  Because the actual numbers are fudged by not reporting those discouraged workers who have dropped out of the job market.  I’m somewhat dubious of the statement of discouraged workers, because I believe workers want a job, but are having a hard time finding one.

I predict that Obama will call for a continuation of Unemployment insurance payments.  Let’s see, unemployment insurance is suppose to be only 26 weeks, but then it was extending to 99 weeks.  Some people have been on unemployment for the last 5 years!  So I expect Obama to call for more emergency unemployment insurance.  At what point do the people paying into the system start running out of money?

I predict that Obama will call for more renewable energy initiatives to combat global warming.  Translation; more taxpayer’s monies spent on failing technologies like Solyndra.  Somehow, the government in charge of energy development is a losing prospect for the American people.  Note that the Keystone pipeline sits idle, and the EPA continues its war on coal and fossil fuels.  I’m still waiting for someone to explain to me how energy is renewable after it has been spent.  Especially, when there is an abundance of cheap available energy.

I predict Obama will call for the expansion of immigration amnesty for illegals.  A slap in the face to those immigrants that followed the law, waited in line, and did the right thing.  Expect to hear Obama repeat that same phrase, ‘it’s the right thing to do!’  Is it the right thing to allow lawlessness?  When does it end?  How is that fair to those that followed the rules?

I predict that Obama will continue to sputter divisive rhetoric using threats and intimidation.  I fully expect to hear nothing new of any substance that will help the economy.  I do expect to hear more lofty goals to increase jobs programs, but nothing to incentivize employers to hire.  Are we to expect new jobs are to be all government jobs?  How will that be paid for?

I predict Obama will make wild false claims about his policies.  He will say that his policies are working to help the economy, creating jobs, lowering unemployment.  He will continue to demonize groups like the Tea Party as obstructionist to his policies, and will be true.  After 5 years of failed policies and lies, how can anyone trust this President to tell the truth?

Obama has repeated, over and over, that he’s not willing to negotiate.  It’s my way, or the highway.  This divisive rhetoric is all Barry the Bullshitter has left.  For the next three years, I predict Obama will continue to lose the trust of the American people.  As the Obamacare employer mandate starts to roll out,  and more people start to lose their health care insurance, their doctors and their lives; maybe then will people start to wake up and start paying attention.

Not Having Babies Upholds Religious Liberties

“So you are saying, by not having babies born, we are going to save money on health care?”

The testimony of a Georgetown College Co-ed, Sandra Fluke, regarding contraception has brought a new level of disingenuousness by the Socialist Democrats.  After listening to her testimony, I can only come to the conclusion that she was a deliberate plant to further inject birth control into the political discourse.  It was Obama that declared that birth control would be provided “free-of-charge” by employers and insurance companies.  It was against the religious beliefs of many people, so Obama said, OK, then only insurers have to provide contraception.  Who pays for the insurance?  It’s the same thing.

Sandra Fluke’s testimony had some really outrageous claims.  Going broke paying for contraception; women getting raped and believing they had no recourse; getting cancerous tumors because of no contraception; basically a laundry list of sob stories and why religious institutions must pay for her contraception.

Sandra Fluke is a student at Georgetown Law. She’s also a “reproductive rights activist” who agrees wholeheartedly with the Obama administration’s controversial contraceptive mandate. Her reasoning, though, is likely to enrage some critics.

During a testimony in front of the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee on Monday (a meeting that was held by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi), Fluke — who was coincidentally the only witness heard — described the financial constraints that purchasing birth control puts on her peers.

“Forty percent of the female students at Georgetown Law reported to us that they struggled financially as a result of this policy,” Fluke said, referring to the fact that the university doesn’t pay for contraception. “Without insurance coverage, contraception, as you know, can cost a woman over $3,000 during law school.”

She detailed, among other stories, how one woman felt “embarrassed” and “powerless” at the pharmacy counter when she “learned for the first time” that contraceptives weren’t covered by the university’s health care plan.

CNS News’ Craig Bannister, though, challenged Fluke’s $3,000 figure and came up with some pretty interesting numbers: $3,000 for birth control in three years? That’s a thousand dollars a year of sex — and, she wants us to pay for it. […] At a dollar a condom if she shops at CVS pharmacy’s website, that $3,000 would buy her 3,000 condoms — or, 1,000 a year… Assuming it’s not a leap year, that’s 1,000 divided by 365 — or having sex 2.74 times a day, every day, for three straight years. And, I thought Georgetown was a Catholic university where women might be prone to shun casual, unmarried sex. At least its health insurance doesn’t cover contraception (that which you subsidize, you get more of, you know).

This isn’t the first time Fluke has made her voice heard in the halls of Congress. Earlier this month, it was reported that Democrat Representatives Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) and Eleanor Norton (D-DC) and their anger over the lack of female witnesses present at a previous contraceptive hearing.

The congresswomen wanted Fluke to be permitted to speak at the event, but Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) declined to allow it, stating that Fluke was not an expert in religious freedom, which was the issue being investigated.

Fluke, though, responded by claiming that women should be included in the discussion. She also alleged that a friend of hers died because of a lack of access to contraception and accused Issa of silencing the people who have the most authority to speak on the subject.

Contraception is easily available through many sources.  Planned Parenthood is one source that will supply contraception.  The example she used in her testimony is absolutely either false or just the worse case of personal responsibility.  However, I think there is something else that no one is considering.  It’s to distract from Obama’s abysmal record.

Obamacare is unconstitutional.  The Socialist Democrats know that.  Nazi Piglosi knows that.  That’s why the Socialist Democrats want more power over you.  They know that Obama cannot get reelected on his record, so they are creating a non-issue to deflect from Obama’s abysmal record of policy failures.  By non-issue I mean it is not a national issue that deserves to be apart of the dialog for either the Presidential or State elections.  It is an important issue for people of faith because it violates their consciences, and it’s not just Catholics, it’s all religions that find contraception objectionable.  I find it objectionable for the same reasons, including the First Amendment establishment clause.  It is simply unconstitutional.

No one is denying contraception to either women or men.  What Obama is saying is that it has to be made free-of-charge.  Other than the air we breathe, nothing is for free.  This is disguised as social justice.  They are saying that I must pay for free contraception.  However, contraception is available everywhere, and in some places it is free.  The government practically gives it away.  So why is this becoming an issue?  It’s a deflection away from Obama’s and the Socialist Democrats failed policies.  While everyone is distracted with this non-issue, our soldiers are getting killed because of Obama apology to the Afghans who desecrating their own book.  This regime is spending trillions of tax dollars on failed green energy projects.  This regime is destroying American jobs, and we are fixated on contraception?

Of course, anyone who heard former Presidential candidate Obama utter his “that’s above my pay grade” answer to Reverend Rick Warren’s question as to “when a baby gets human rights” – either had their head in the sand – or was no friend of children in the womb themselves.

President Obama has selected Catholics to serve in his administration who openly defy their own Church. Now, as if that wasn’t bad enough, all of the subterfuge and sophistry which has surrounded his promise to honor religious liberty and respect freedom of conscience in the implementation of his “Affordable care Act” has been unmasked.

“The Obama administration has drawn an unprecedented line in the sand. In effect, the president is saying we have a year to figure out how to violate our consciences. To force American citizens to choose between violating their consciences and forgoing their healthcare is literally unconscionable. In effect, the president is saying we have a year to figure out how to violate our consciences. To force American citizens to choose between violating their consciences and forgoing their healthcare is literally unconscionable.” (Cardinal Designate Dolan, Abp of New York, President, USCCB)

Rush Limbaugh gets demonized for speaking the truth about this slut that parades herself in front of the public and smugly makes unsubstantiated claims about contraception and women’s health.  If Limbaugh’s sponsors think by pulling their ads from his show is going to make me run out and get a sleep comfort mattress, they are fooling themselves.  Perhaps they can give a mattress to Sandra Fluke since she probably has worn out her bed from all the sex she having.   Are the parents of this slut proud of her?  Maybe they are, I don’t know.  Seriously, what did she think was going to happen?  Did she think no one would question her testimony?  Did she think throngs of women would come to her defense?

I know there are going to be people, women in particular, that will defend Sandra Fluke.  They will chastise anyone and claim you are being misogynistic towards women.  They will claim that a woman has a economic disadvantage.  They will claim that this is all about woman’s health concerns.  Affordable access to healthcare. Really?  Under Obamacare, you won’t have any choice, you won’t have any healthcare freedoms. Under Obamacare’s death panels, that cystic on your ovaries might not be covered.  If the panel of government healthcare overseers determines that you, the woman, are no longer of any revenue value (taxable capability), you’ll be denied the operation you need to survive.  Obamacare might either give you a pill, or the option to end your life.  That is the reality of Obamacare.  So this whole argument of women’s reproductive rights is a farce.  Obamacare might provide you with the morning after pill, but if they determine the cost of your health is not worthy of the money spent, you will be given another alternative.  One that probably will not be to your benefit.

It doesn’t matter if her testimony was either about herself or others, what matters is her insistence that a religious college pay for contraceptive services.  What matters is Obama has said contraception must be supplied free-of-charge.  What matters is that no one is talking about the sex partner, why isn’t the sex partner helping to pay for their own contraception?  What matters is Obamacare will force you to either purchase a product or the government will penalize you.  It has nothing to do with economics, it has everything to do with religious freedom.  It has nothing to do with women’s health, it has everything to do with promiscuity.

The Blog College Conservative has weighed in with an appropriate rebuttal to Sandra, “the spokeswoman for all of Georgetown”, Fluke.  It is well worth the read!

Sandra Fluke doesn’t speak for me. Or for Georgetown.

She doesn’t speak for those of us who worked hard to be able to choose to come to a great institution with a great tradition of faith and scholarship. She certainly can’t speak for the Jesuits who dedicated their lives to God and Education with a long established set of rules. There are only ten of them, and Ms. Fluke would do well to give them a quick read.

Funny how the same side that cries “Get your rosaries off my ovaries” is the same side saying, “on second thought…please pay for me to have all the sex I want!” The people who espouse “pro-choice” “values” are the same people who say religious institutions have no right to choose.

They are struggling financially, Sandra Fluke says to pay for their contraception.  Well then, charge for the sex you are having.  That’s your solution Sandra Fluke.  Become a working girl and charge people for all the sex you are having with them.  Then you can pay for your contraception yourself.  You might even have enough money left over to pay your way through college.  Maybe even buy some new clothes and shoes.  Be an entrepreneur, a business person and provide for yourself.  It is insulting to me that this whore will tell me that I have to pay for her contraception.  So she can spread her legs to every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes along.  No one is denying her right to prostitute herself.  Just be aware it might be against the law.

My parents chose life over selfishness, and therefore….I have a say!!!

The song at the end is Matt Maher’s “Isaiah 61”

But the absurdities’ don’t end here.  Kathleen Sebelius, Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services and brain fart, tried to make the claim that a decrease in human beings will cover the cost of contraception.  WHAT???  During a House hearing Sebelius insisted that the mandate “upholds religious liberty”.  So by forcing people to pay for a product they don’t want and find morally objectionable, that’s liberty?

You have to wonder if Sebelius is either on drugs, or she thinks that you are that stupid to believe the garbage spewing out of her pie-hole.  Here’s a portion of the exchange:

During the subcommittee hearing, Rep. Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) said that contraception provided by insurance companies to people employed by religious organizations under the future form of the rule Sebelius described would not be was not free.

“Who pays for it? There’s no such thing as a free service,” Murphy asked.

Sebelius responded that that is not the case with insurance.

“The reduction in the number of pregnancies compensates for cost of contraception,” Sebelius answered.

Murphy expressed surprise by the answer.

“So you are saying, by not having babies born, we are going to save money on health care?” Murphy asked.

Sebelius replied, “Providing contraception is a critical preventive health benefit for women and for their children.”

Murphy again sought clarification.

“Not having babies born is a critical benefit. This is absolutely amazing to me. I yield back,” he said.

Equally as disappointing are the political candidates climbing aboard the SS Condom and wag their finger of shame at Rush Limbaugh.  The ship of fools is eager to get off topic and get suckered into an issue that has no national bearing.  Speaker John “crybaby bonehead” Boehner condemns Rush Limbaugh as does Rick Santorum who called Limbaugh absurd.  IDIOTS!!  Instead of talking about Obama’s failed policies, the bad economy, the high unemployment and high gas prices, they’d rather sail off into the sea of irrelevancy.  Good luck defeating Obama in November.

It is so disappointing to see our side getting in the mud with the “democRats”.  The “democRats” have successfully placed a ring in the noses of the GOP and are leading them around like donkeys.  The democrats have kept the candidates off message by creating a false issue that takes away from other priorities.  The GOP is campaigning for Obama’s reelection.  Even Mitt Romney agrees with the individual mandate (if you thought Romney was going to repeal Obamacare, you are wrong), he even wrote a oped in USA today explaining how his version of Romneycare will work for Obamacare.  You can read it here!

Hawai’i Governor Rips Off Voters

Newly elected Governor Neil Abercrombie (D-HI) wasted no time rewarding his Union minions by giving away $126 Million of Tax Payer Dollars.  Secretly, and with no public notice, Abercrombie increased the State’s contribution to the Public Union’s Health Care Fund.  Hawai’i already has a huge budget deficit, and Abercrombie just increased the state’s debt, without any way to fund it.

Abercrombie last month agreed to increase the state’s contribution for health benefits to a 60-40 employer-to-employee ratio for unionized employees in the Hawaii Government Employees Association, United Public Workers, Hawaii State Teachers Association and University of Hawaii Professional Assembly. This agreement will cost the state an extra $18 million this fiscal year, and $54 million in each of the next two fiscal years.

The Union’s were paying a 50-50 employer to employee ratio for health care insurance. Last year, then Gov. Linda Lingle (R-HI) refused to raise the state’s contribution to the Unions Medical benefits.  Hawai’i already had a $1.2 Billion shortfall when the FY2010 and FY2011 state budget was passed, and that included $1.1 Billion dollars in budget cuts by then Gov. Lingle.  Hawai’i faces a $71.6 budget deficit for FY2011 and a $771.9 million shortfall over the next two-year budget cycle.

So by increasing the State’s contribution to the Public Union’s Health Care benefits, it will increase the State’s financial deficit.  Where’s the money going to come from Neil?

You would expect the major Hawaiian Newspapers to report this act of irresponsible government, and they did, they just buried it.

Still, Abercrombie will be listening to a constant stream of pleas for more money.

The loudest will come from the public employee unions. The state’s deficit projections are based in part on the end of the state worker furloughs in June. After that, the state employees work five days a week, four weeks a month, unless Abercrombie can figure out a new way to pay state workers less.

After 10 paragraphs about New York and California’s budget problems, you get to Hawai’i.  Is this responsible journalism?  Hawai’i Free Press provides details on the story with links to other sources.

A detailed analysis on Hawai’i present, past and future budget issues can be found at Sunshine Review.

Financial Tsunami

Hawai’i’s Public Union contracts are up for renewal in June 30th, 2011.  What do you think Abercrombie will do?  If you look at Abercrombie’s record, you’ll see that he relies heavily on the Public Unions for support.   It is his largest voter base.  Why else would he take the irresponsible step of increasing the state’s contribution to the Unions Health Care costs?  The tax payer has to make up that shortfall.

The cost to cover pension and health benefits for Hawaii’s public employees is contributing to the state’s nearly $800 million budget shortfall over the next two years. And these costs could go up as union contracts covering most of the state’s 35,000 public workers expire June 30.

These added expenses, as well as costs tied to increasing the state’s portion of health benefits starting in March, are among six the administration pointed to as responsible for raising the state’s budget by 6 percent and 8 percent the next two years, respectively.

The Private sector in Hawai’i sees its Health Care cost rising, but Abercrombie offers no relief for the private employers and employees.  Instead, the interim Director of the State’s Department of Budget and Finance told Hawai’i Lawmakers that a comprehensive budget won’t be ready till mid-March.

When further pressed by other Hawai’i lawmakers about any “Revenue Enhancements“, the Director replied that the Budget and Finance Departments, and the Tax Departments are looking at not only New Taxes and Fees, but Tax Credits and Exemptions.  However, the Director could not offer any specifics.

Which led one Hawai’i lawmaker to say, “You’re saying you want us to wait until mid March to get the governor’s plan?“, “That Scares Me“.

Indeed, that should scare every taxpayer in the State of Hawai’i.  If responsible government, by Abercrombie standards, means rewarding his Union buddies by reducing their Health Care obligation, then we should all be fearful of impending higher State taxes.

I got a email-letter from my Congressman, Daniel Inouye(D-HI), in which he opines about Congresses failure to pass the $1.1 Trillion Omnibus Bill.  In this bill, Inouye explains, there were 141 Earmarks totaling $321 Million for Hawai’i and these monies “Would” have funded:

  • Road construction and public transit buses for all the counties;
  • Renewable energy initiatives in wind, solar, biomass and bioalgae, ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC) and electric vehicles;
  • Support for farmers and ranchers in the diversification of our agricultural base, and our need for food security;
  • Greater access to quality health care, educational and job training  opportunities for those most in need;
  • Cutting-edge innovation in science and technology, supporting many of Hawaii’s most promising high tech small businesses.

Congressman Inouye goes on to say that other states also lost out on Congressional Initiatives, like these:

$277,000 for potato pest management in Wisconsin

$246,000 for bovine tuberculosis in Michigan and Minnesota

$522,000 for cranberry and blueberry disease and breeding in New Jersey

$500,000 for oyster safety in Florida

$349,000 for swine waste management in North Carolina

$413,000 for peanut research in Alabama

$247,000 for virus free wine grapes in Washington

$208,000 beaver management in North Carolina

$94,000 for blackbird management in Louisiana

$165,000 for maple syrup research in Vermont

$235,000 for noxious weed management in Nevada

$100,000 for the Edgar Allen Poe Cottage Visitor’s Center in New York

$300,000 for the Polynesian Voyaging Society in Hawaii

$400,000 for solar parking canopies and plug-in electric stations in Kansas

This is just a small portion of the number of Earmarks that was in the Omnibus spending bill.  However, I am concerned about Inouye’s wording of “Would Have“.  It implies that maybe it would, and maybe it wouldn’t.  The Omnibus Appropriations bill was over 1,924 pages of the most irresponsible spending the Congress could have come up with.   I don’t know if Inouye has been keeping up with current events over the last two years, but this country is broke.  We’re printing money that we don’t have and calling it cutesy names as Quantitative Easing (QE).  This is the second time we’re trying this, because the first try didn’t work.  It means the same thing, printing money you don’t have.  This is completely risky.

The answer is making the Federal and State Governments spend wisely on programs that make the government operational, and not on programs that benefit a select few.  Too many Earmark programs are just wasteful unnecessary programs.  Like rewarding Public Unions with extra benefits at the expense of the taxpayer, it’s neither fair, nor justified during a time of budget crisis.

Redefining Terrorism

Quod licet Jovi, non licet bovi

Gods may do, what cattle may not

The Obama regime has declared the American People as terrorists for opposing his socialist policies.

Foreign Ministry reports circulating in the Kremlin today are warning that an already explosive situation in the United States is about to get a whole lot worse as a new law put forth by President Obama is said capable of seeing up to 500,000 American citizens jailed for the crime of opposing their government.

In what is called the National Security Strategy document, that is required of US Presidents by their Congress, that embraces the dictatorial ideals of the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act”, Obama has ordered his Federal police and intelligence forces to begin targeting Americans opposed to him and his radical socialist polices.

To the “Yes We Can” crowd, is this the change you were looking for?

Change We Don’t Need

The EPA has declared a Terror War on power plants, refineries, and other industries it deems emitters of Carbon Dioxide, a necessary gas plants need to consume as food.  The effort is to combat Global Warming.  The continuing claim that the earth is warming and it is caused by human activities, the EPA will force states to cut their emissions.  This will cripple the economy by making energy cost higher.  The ripple effect will touch every industry and service in this country.  The EPA wants to starve Plants.

What of the EPA and it’s ongoing Acts of Economic Terror against business and the American people?

Homeland Security thug, Janet Incompetano, has declared war on the traveling public with intrusive searches, and now is including malls and other public places.  If you want to travel, you are forced to undergo an intrusive search by the TSA.

What if you’re not wearing any underwear?

What of the terrorist acts against the American traveler by the TSA?  If you complain and point out the laps in security, the TSA and Homeland Security will come after you.  They did that to a pilot.  They came to his house, harassed him, and threatened his job.  All because he posted a video on YouTube on TSA security lapses.

Instead of looking for terrorists, Homeland Security is treating everyone as a Terrorist First, Travelers Last.  Now, the Division of Homeland Security (DHS) wants to include what it calls Soft Targets.  So why not profile?

A year after a foiled plot to bomb a US-bound passenger plane, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told CNN’s “State of the Union” program that other places and modes of transportation must now be scrutinized.

“We look at so-called soft targets — the hotels, shopping malls, for example — all of which we have reached out to in the past year and have done a fair amount of training for their own employees,” Napolitano said.

A foiled bomb plot?  The same plot where Janet Incompetano claimed, “The System Worked“!  The same plot where the Islamic Muslim Terrorist got on the plane and tried unsuccessfully to detonate his underwear bomb.  This Islamic Muslim Terrorist was successful getting on the plane, so what part of the system worked?

So if we want to go shopping, stay in hotels, go to the malls, we will have to go through TSA screening first?  Frisked before entering the Mall?  Is this really necessary?

Coming to a Shopping Mall Near You

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

— Benjamin Franklin

Health and Human Services is mandating doctors to discuss end of life options.  Paid for by taxpayer dollars.  Also, the government is forming a Death Panel to decide what treatment you will get.  They scoffed and laughed at Sarah Palin when she coined that phrase about Obamacare, and she was right.  So they took the “End of Life” mandate out of the original bill, because the Democrats knew they wouldn’t be able to pass it.  But that didn’t stop them from adding it after it was passed, and they did it in secret.  They thought no one would find out.  An email surfaced by the author of the original end of life mandate, Earl Blumenauer (D-OR).

After learning of the administration’s decision, Mr. Blumenauer’s office celebrated “a quiet victory,” but urged supporters not to crow about it.

“While we are very happy with the result, we won’t be shouting it from the rooftops because we aren’t out of the woods yet,” Mr. Blumenauer’s office said in an e-mail in early November to people working with him on the issue. “This regulation could be modified or reversed, especially if Republican leaders try to use this small provision to perpetuate the ‘death panel’ myth.”

Moreover, the e-mail said: “We would ask that you not broadcast this accomplishment out to any of your lists, even if they are ‘supporters’ — e-mails can too easily be forwarded.”

The e-mail continued: “Thus far, it seems that no press or blogs have discovered it, but we will be keeping a close watch and may be calling on you if we need a rapid, targeted response. The longer this goes unnoticed, the better our chances of keeping it.”

In the interview, Mr. Blumenauer said, “Lies can go viral if people use them for political purposes.”

Lies are lies, and Mr. Blumenauer is apart of those that favor death, over life.  Why?  Because when you’re too young, or too old, you’re not working to fund the death panel he wants.  The government is not collecting taxes from you, because you are retired, or too young to work.  You are not useful to the government and therefore, of no consequence.

Doctors currently do discuss with Patients end of life options.  That should be between the doctor and the patient.  The government shouldn’t be subsidizing doctors to discuss end of life options.

Childhood Obesity

It ironic.  You have Mrs. Obama claiming childhood obesity is an epidemic in this country, and Jeff Bridges is running around claiming children don’t get enough to eat.  What’s troubling is Mrs. Obama’s statement that we cannot leave the decisions up to the Parents to do what’s right for the children.

“But when our kids spend so much of their time each day in school, and when many children get up to half their daily calories from school meals, it’s clear that we as a nation have a responsibility to meet as well,” Mrs. Obama said. “We can’t just leave it up to the parents.”

Can’t leave this up to the parents?  Who deemed that Parents are incapable and incompetent to raise their children?   Isn’t that a local issue?  A PTA issue?  Who determines, from Washington, what is proper nutrition for Children?  This is Nanny State Terrorism.

There’s nothing you can do about it either

The Internal Revenue Service is going to force citizens to file a form 1099 for every $600.00 transaction.  Regulation, regulation, regulation.  The Obama Regime is anti-business and over regulating.

The Vexatious Requester

The problem is, every question could be considered a Vexatious Requester.  This would give a government entity to refuse to release information.  Like how much does a bill cost?  How will the cost of the bill be over time.  Questions like these could be considered a nuisance and therefore ignored by the Government.  In the case of Obama’s birth certificate, the State of Hawai’i passed a law making such requests annoying, and therefore ignoring.

Living In Obama’s Mayberry

What better way to spread the myth of Obamacare than to cart out some old goober from days gone by.  Trying to convince senior citizens that Obamacare has all these benefits that either really don’t exist, or are going away.

Guaranteed Benefits

Free Checkups

Lower Prescription Costs

New Protections Against Fraud

All Bunk

Did you know that Obama spent over $3 Million Dollars of your money to make this propaganda public service announcement.  It is pure deception and lies, that The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will provide any of these marvelous wonders in cost savings, and improved medical care for seniors, when it is simply not true.

Would the sheriff of Mayberry mislead you about Medicare? Alas, yes. In a new TV spot from the Obama administration, actor Andy Griffith, famous for his 1960s portrayal of the top law enforcement official in the fictional town of Mayberry, N.C., touts benefits of the new health care law. Griffith tells his fellow senior citizens, ‘like always, we’ll have our guaranteed [Medicare] benefits.’ But the truth is that the new [Obamacare] law is guaranteed to result in benefit cuts for one class of Medicare beneficiaries — those in private Medicare Advantage plans.”

The question now is, does Obama really think Senior Citizens are that stupid?  While Obamacare doesn’t cut benefits, it does cut dramatically the reimbursement rate to Doctors and hospitals providing those benefits.  First, there are no “Guaranteed Benefits” in Medicare, there’s simply no legal decision supporting that claim.

The cuts in Medicare to Doctors and Hospitals will make procedures such as hip and knee replacements unaffordable.  Complex diagnostics using  MRI’s  and CT Scans, Cancer and Heart disease, will eventually cease.  The cost of performing these procedures will be simply unaffordable.  But then, Obama said maybe you should take a Pill, instead of getting that costly exam, or that life saving drug, or that surgery, or that pacemaker.   You’re too Old.  Die already.

Seniors are very dependent on Medicare, but if Doctors stop accepting Medicare patients, where will Seniors go for their “Guaranteed Benefits“?  Already today, Doctors, Clinics, and Hospitals are turning away Medicare patients.  So here’s the Sheriff of Mayberry to assure Seniors that they’re gonna like what’s in it.  Remember Nancy Pelosi said we have to Pass It, to Find Out What’s In It.  But what of the promise that Obama repeatedly stated?

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act doesn’t address any of the real issues, None!  Instead, it increases the cost of health care and reduces the availability of services, and not just for Seniors, but for everyone.  The law has all sorts of hidden taxes and restrictions.  A bureaucratic labyrinth of government corruption that eventually leads you to the last department, the death panel.  Don’t believe me?  Google this: “cancer drug deemed too expensive”

The sole purpose of Obamacare is to corral the public into a Single Payer Plan.  Similar to England’s National Health Service, and Canada’s Socialized Health Care, it is a Centralized Administrated plan that will be focused on costs, rather than real health care.

You can keep your doctor, and your insurance, but will they keep you?
