Trump Media & Technology Group and Digital World Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DWAC) have entered into a definitive merger agreement, providing for a business combination that will result in Trump Media & Technology Group becoming a publicly listed company, subject to regulatory and stockholder approval.

The new social media app is called Truth Social. A nationwide rollout is expected in the first quarter of 2022.  Those who are interested in joining TRUTH Social may now visit www.truthsocial.com to sign up for the invite list. I have already signed up.

TRUTH Social is America’s “Big Tent” social media platform that encourages an open, free, and honest global conversation without discriminating against political ideology. Trump Media and Technology Group is standing up to Big Tech fascism. No Cancel Culture and No Political Discrimination. The is the next generation of social media that is not unsocial media. Where your information isn’t used against you. Where your personal information isn’t bought and sold.

Once the merger is complete, Trump Media & Technology Group will have an initial enterprise value of $875 million. Trump’s personal stake in the company was not immediately clear. News of the merger drew strong interest from investors on Thursday, causing shares of SPAC company Digital World Acquisition Corp. to surge 357% on news of a planned merger.

There are other social media sites out there but they don’t have the number of users as Fascistbook and Twatter where censorship of conservative voices are commonplace. Where President Trump is banned but the Taliban is allowed on these platforms where they post their snuff flics. Some people might say, ‘who needs another social media site?’ but I say who wants to stay on a unsocial media site that punishes you for telling the truth? You cannot post anything that challenges the vaccines without getting a ding, a warning, or a suspended account. YouTube will pulldown any videos that talks about alternate therapies to the Covid vaccines. Rumble, which is an alternative to YouTube, doesn’t censor content. I have stopped posting on YouTube and started exclusively using Rumble as the video platform of choice. I don’t use Fascistbook and I limit my use of Twatter for news only. I am subscribed with other social media sites, but they don’t draw the same amount of traffic.

More proof that the January 6th riot was provoked, planned, and started by the DNC’s KGB (FBI). Agents were seeded within the crowd that attended President Trump’s rally to Save America to get people riled up and storm the Capitol Building. It was planned by Nazi Piglosi, the Marxist democrats, and RINO never Trumper republicans that wanted a riot to happen. They got it.

The Capitol doors were opened and the people streamed in. There’s was no violence except by the FBI and Capitol police. One person was murder by the Capitol police. A cowardly bastard with a criminal record and who should have never been on the police force. We do know that BLM-Antifa apparatchiks had infiltrated the crowd because there are videos of them changing into the black bloc uniforms they wear and the black masks they use to cover their faces and hide their identities. They were the ones breaking windows and damaging the capitol building. None of these criminals have ever been arrested. Only those that supported President Trump have been illegally arrested. None have been charged with insurrection. Some have been given lengthy prison sentences for the crime of parading in the capitol building. I never knew parading was a crime.

If you’ve ever wondered why the capitol police will not release the entire video footage of what happened on January 6th, 2021, it is because they want to hide the setup used to target Trump supporters. There are many such videos showing capitol police opening doors and letting protesters inside the capitol building.

Greg Kelly at Newsmax has been showing videos and pictures of what appears to be FBI agents embedded in the crowd wearing wires. The videos show these people directing people into the capitol building. It appears they are communicating with other agents to direct the crowd. There’s more information that has been coming out in drips. Julie Kelly at American Greatness has been chronologizing the events. What is certain is this regime is hiding the truth from the American people.
