The Constitutional Scholar That Never Was

As the New York Post describes it:

“Obama fancies himself a modern-day Prometheus stealing laws from the oppressive Founding Fathers for the benefit of the oppressed.”

What is certain is that Obama is no Constitutional scholar, but a fraud!  So who are these oppressed people anyway?

It’s no wonder how many people were fooled by an even bigger fool.  Perhaps it was the years of academia rewriting of history to portray those that left ancient Europe for better economic opportunities, and religious freedoms, into oppressive slave masters.  Still, after all these hundred of years, you wonder why people from all nations still want to come here to America.  Where are the lines of people wanting to leave America for better opportunities elsewhere?  Where are they going to?  What country?

Call it the Gruber-ization of the uneducated and ignorant oppressed.  I liken it to the Joseph Goebbels-ization where if you tell a lie often enough, eventually people will believe it.  How many lies have slipped from the purple lips of the messiah Obama?  More than I dare to count.  But why do people still believe in Obama and the democrats lies?

By Obummers logic, and the progressive democrats (a.k.a. socialists), using illegal aliens for votes, is nothing more than creating a new definition of economic slavery.  In exchange for legal status, a social security card, and other government benefits, these oppressed illegal immigrants will forever vote democrat.  It is a disgusting way to bribe power from the poor, thus keeping the poor oppressed and without a future for economic opportunity.  It is truly a crime.

It is a crime against those that followed the rules of immigration, only to see their opportunity get pushed back to the end of the line.   The oppressed are the ones that lived across the borders of this country, entered illegally, overstayed their visas, smuggled themselves and their children; all for the hopes of a better opportunity.

That’s the real joke isn’t it?  For the promise of false opportunity, illegals give up their rights to liberty.

Their future is in low paying jobs by unscrupulous employers that would use them as low wage employees.

Then there’s the purple lipped liar Obama, demanding employers to give America a raise.  

Inviting another wave of illegal immigrants that will accept low paying jobs, for the chance of opportunity.  What opportunity is there in a economy of progressive slavery?  What freedom is there in overregulations and lack of liberties?

Meanwhile, the socialists (a.k.a. progressive democrats), will be campaigning on social justice, income inequality and class warfare.  They will produce a Elysium narrative that opportunity is being repressed by people who worked hard and built their success off of others.  When in reality, the democrats repress economic opportunity to gain power by stealing it through excessive taxation and over regulations!   Economic opportunity doesn’t happen with wealth redistribution, it only prohibits economic opportunity.  That’s not Constitutional policies!

The lazy corrupt news media will blame conservatives for the bad economy progressive democrats created.  Tom Brokaw, with his Sally Jessy Raphael glasses, flaunting his wealth around while slamming those trying to build a culture of economic opportunity.  These are the one percenters that gave birth to the the socialist Occupy Wall Street goons.  These are the crony capitalists that give government contracts to failed government projects for campaign contributions.  These are green energy Solyndra’s that wasted billions of your tax dollars.  Meanwhile, cheap affordable energy is being destroyed because of the hoax of Global Warming.

Progressive socialist democrats will always use the strawman argument to try and frighten people into believing good people are trying to take something away from them.  Its always been their motive to control the people.  This is how the few, the progressives, control the many.

Good people, working class people, average Americans, became part of a force to push back against this corruption.  They protested against government overreach and corruption.  They were demonized by the wealthy media, the ignorant and socialist communists.  They are called the Tea Party.

The Tea Party are employees, employers, entrepreneurs and small business people.  They work at WalMart and they are small business owners.  However, they don’t want their wages confiscated by union thugs only to be used to fund socialist democrats elections.  You have no choice with unions dues.  Unions take your earned money, and you have no choice.  That’s not democracy, that is called communism.  That is not representation, that’s called taxation without representation.

The Tea Party wants the same opportunities for everyone.  The democrats want only government to provide for the few that will only vote for them.  That’s not opportunity, that’s called economic slavery.

Aloha Wau Ia Moku o Keawe

For so many reasons.  I’ve lived and traveled all over the world, and I cannot find another place like the Big Island of Hawai’i.  Tranquil and serene, quiet and peaceful, this island is a paradise that few realize.

Kakahiaka Lāpule, Sunday morning, is a special day in Hawai’i.  In the lower Puna district of the east side of the big island is the rain forest.  Sheltered by cool trade breezes and a canopy of tall palms and trees to shade you from the heat of the sun.

Wela i ka Lā.  Pumehana kino, i ku’u poli.  The Sun warms the body and the soul.  A cool drink to pass the time enjoying the quiet time.

Starting the fire on the smoker to cook some chicken wings for dinner, while relaxing and enjoying the clouds slowing moving overhead.

It doesn’t get any better than this life.  It’s a rich life that doesn’t cost you much, if you know how to look for it.  I have bamboo wind chimes.  They sound like the polynesian drums in the distant.  The occasional helicopter ferrying tourist to view the volcano, in between chirping birds singing and feeding from the seeds.  My chickens quietly taking dust baths in the dry dirt and sunning themselves with their babies.  Future egg layers.

The trade breezes rustling the leaves in the monkeypod trees and the palms, makes for a pleasant entrance to the afternoon.  ‘Auinalā!

Please Stop Telling Me Islam Is Peaceful

Islam is not a religion!  Islam is terror, intolerance, slavery and death.  This is a cult of death.  There is nothing religious about this cult of savagery.  Islam is a cancer that must be removed, destroyed, and eliminated from the world.

Islam is Nazism.  Pure and simple.  It is a backwards cult of hatred and death.  It’s been this way since that pedophile, Mohammad the mad, created this sick cult of death and destruction.  Islam is Fascism!

They murder their own people!  That’s how backwards they are.  They spread their cult through terror, that’s why  there are 2 billion of these maggots infecting this world.  There is no redeeming value to Islamic cancer.

They murder their women by stoning.  They murder their daughters through honor killings.  They rape children and enslave children as sex toys.  They sell women into slavery.  They are the only cult in the world that still engages in the sale of humans.  Islam is not human.

Islam murders Christians, Jews, Buddhists, and Hindus by burning them alive, beheading them, bombing them and butchering them.  Islam is terror.

In Gaza, the muslims use their own people as human shields while firing rockets into Israel.  They brag about using their children as human shields.

If you speak out against these atrocities, you are called an Islamophobe.  It’s only Islamophobic if they are trying to kill you.  Sympathizers, to these savages try to protect this terror by calling them freedom fighters.

Well then, let’s go watch some freedom Islamists beheading innocent people.  Let’s go watch Islamists bury women up to their necks to throw stones at them.  Let’s watch Islamists burn a school down with children still inside the building.  Lets see Islamists slit the throats of young Christian boys.  Let’s see the Islamists selling Christian girls into sex slavery.  Lets see Islamists crucifying Christians.

Lets see Islamists hanging gays.  Let’s see Islamists strapping bombs to their children and using them to blow up people.  Lets see Islamists bag their women up so they cannot be seen.  They call it empowering.  Lets see Islamists mutilating female genitalia.  Where are the feminists?

Lets see Islamists be allowed to develop nuclear weapons, then we’ll see the party really starting.

Lets see Obama shed tears for the islamic terrorists that murdered children by driving a car into a crowd of people.  Lets see Obama pity the Palestinian pestilence that were killed after murdering Americans praying in a Synagogue.  Lets see Palestinian Parasite Authority aide called the killer a “heroic martyr,” and both Hamas and Fatah applauded the attack.

Don’t tell me Islam is peaceful.

The Evidence Is In, They Lied!

Is video evidence still admissible in a court of law?  Shouldn’t perjury charges against our elected officials apply when they lie to the American people?  Shouldn’t there be a higher standard applied to those being paid in our tax dollars to serve in government?  Apparently, there is no accountability with democrats.

When the Gruber video’s appeared showing him telling the truth about his role in deceiving the public about the un-Affordable Care Act (ACA), a.k.a. Obamacare, Obama and the progressive democrats quickly disavowed any knowledge of Gruber.

However, when the law was being crafted, issues of taxation and how the law would be implemented would have prevented the law from even passing.  If the American people knew what was in the law, then it would have never passed.  So the democrats plotted using Gruber’s ideas to reword the law, and sugarcoat the language, to make the ACA look appealing.  It was pure progressive deception, and they laughed and laughed!

When the bill was moving through Congress, evidence was mounting by those trying to keep up with the over 2,000 pages of convoluted wording in the ACA bill, that there was something seriously wrong with the bill.  Nancy Pelosi, who was Speaker of the House of Representatives, at the time claimed that, “we have to pass the bill, to find out what is in it”.  She clearly knew the law would not pass, but the democrats were determine to pass the law anyway.

In the dead of night, on Christmas Eve 2009, 60 democrat Senate members passed the ACA.  Earlier, on December 7th 2009, the House passed the flawed bill by a vote of 220-215.  Every single Republican voted against it.

Since then, the ACA mandate been declared a tax by the Supreme Court.  Justice Roberts basically saying that the law is now the American people’s problem, and “you get the government you voted for, it not the court’s problem you voted stupidly”.  We shall see how that plays with this second round in the Supreme Court.

Indeed it was these lies that democrats, like Gruber, used to plot how the deceive the American people.  With the blessing and support of the progressive democrats, bad laws get passed.  It seems telling the truth is not in the democrat vocabulary.  It is offensive, the arrogance and contempt progressive democrats have for the American people.  You’re not smart enough to know what’s good for you.

You’d think that after Nancy Pelosi was caught lying about her knowledge of Gruber, you wouldn’t think that Obama would double down, and lie about his knowledge of Gruber.  That he would be better prepared for the question, but Obama must think you are stupid.  Do they not realize there is a video of them acknowledging and praising Gruber?  I hope the Supreme Court is watching this unfold, this deception, this outright lie to the American people.

The Tea Party rose from this deliberate deception.  The liberal media and the progressive democrats have tried in vain to discredit the Tea Party as those stupid people that Gruber warned about.  Democrats have called the Tea Party racists, even though many in the Tea Party are minorities.  The 2014 mid-term election cycle made historic gains by Tea Party members and the Republicans.  Including the first black Republican woman senator, Mia Love.

Yet, the liberal media, led by dinosaurs like Tom Brokaw say that the Republicans must now disavow the Tea Party.  I guess Brokaw lies to himself, because it was Tea Party voters that made this election happen.

Obama’s says he hears you, but he’s not listening.  Obama only hears what he wants to hear, and it’s not the voice of the American people.  Like a petulant child, Obama will punish the American people, and the media will blame the Republicans and the Tea Party.  Prepare for a torrent of Obama executive orders designed to hurt Americans.

“You Americans are too stupid to know what’s good for you”.  That’s the message from Jonathan Gruber at team Obama about the American voter.  Gruber, a professor of economics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), expressed his contempt for the American voter by calling them stupid.

Stupid is as stupid does, and Gruber’s admission of lying and manipulating the un-Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, to get it passed is a typical tactic that democrats have use to get legislation that they know won’t work, except to enrich themselves at the taxpayer’s expense.  Gruber might be a economics professor, but he’s bankrupt of common sense.

Gruber was paid $400,000 to promote and speak about the virtues of Obamacare.  It turns out that Obamacare is nothing more than a tax.  The greatest redistribution of wealth in America.  It is government extortion, robbery and deception at its criminal best.  It is the lie of the century, besides Obama’s lie — “If you like your doctor and your health insurance, you can keep your health care. Period!”.

After a real news media (Fox News) reported this lack of transparency, this MIT Turd tried to walk back his statements saying his remarks were “off the cuff and inappropriate”.   He’s sorry he got caught telling the truth.

The more you earn, the more you’ll get taxed.  The more you climb the ladder of success, the more government removes the rungs of success  The exploitation of the American taxpayer by lying to the American people about their health care insurance costs.  Destroying the incentive to work, to profit and to pursue happiness.

Democrats will claim that 7 million people who were not insured, will now be insured under Obamacare.  Yes, but 90 million people will lose their current health care insurance because Obamacare declared it substandard.

Obamacare forces health care insurers to drop coverage because Obamacare declared your health care plan “substandard”.  It’s declared substandard because your current insurance doesn’t cover what Obamacare wants.

Your new Obamacare coverage will force males to pay for abortion coverage, and females to cover prostrate coverage.  It will force older people to cover prenatal coverage, even though they are not having more children.  That’s how the system works!  By declaring your health insurance substandard, by making you pay for coverage you either don’t need, or want.  It’s the one size fits all coverage.  The only problem is paying for all that coverage you don’t need.

Before Obamacare, insurance companies were allowed to tailor your health care insurance to your needs, age and lifestyle.  Obamacare lumps everyone into 4 different coverages that are cost prohibitive and unnecessary.  Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum; there’s no difference in the coverage, just how much you pay.  The Obamacare model doesn’t work.

Then, Obamacare still has a panel of unelected bureaucrats in Washington D.C. that will determine your eligibility for your health care needs.  If you either need a surgery, a drug, or some medical procedure, that will be determined by some Washington D.C. bureaucrats.  Also known as — your death panels.

Obamacare must be repealed and replaced.  Insurance companies should be able to write policies that meet customers needs.  Doctors must be able to provide services that their patients needs.  People need to decide what coverage they want to pay for.  Taxes levied against medical companies need to be repealed to allow innovation to grow.  Everything about what worked before Obamacare should be restored.  The poor that cannot afford health care, should get government subsidies.  Big government health care doesn’t work in a free market.
